I have a tracking reference and advised my package was shipped but UPS tracking shows 'Shipment Ready for UPS'
Orders received by midday are normally dispatched same day with UPS. As we operate on a bulk / palletised pick up system, the packages are only scanned into the UPS network when they are de-palletised, processed and scanned into a UPS facility, at which time it will show as Shipped. This may not happen until later in the evening on the day the package was dispatched.
